On the home page, they choose their municipality and see the care rules.

How does the subsidy work?

The consortium defines in the contract how much is subsidized and what the patient contributes. The platform applies these rules by municipality.

Do we need our own video infrastructure?

No. Technology and support are handled by the platform. Citizens join from their phone or computer browser.

How does contracting work?

We support with the technical documentation for contracting, under Brazilian Law 14.133/2021 and the appropriate procurement method for each case.

Is citizens' data protected?

Yes. Access is restricted to the professional providing care, with access logs and processing in accordance with the LGPD.
