Do we need our own video infrastructure?

No. Technology and support are handled by the platform. Residents join from the browser on their phone or computer.

How does contracting work?

We support with the technical documentation for contracting, under Brazilian Law 14.133/2021 and the appropriate procurement method for each case.

Does it replace the city's health management system?

No. The platform is a complementary layer of digital care and coexists with the medical record and management system the city already uses.

Who pays for the care?

It depends on the contract: it can be fully subsidized by the city or include a patient contribution, according to the defined rules.
