VYKA wants everyone to be able to use the platform. This page explains what we already offer, what we are still improving and how to reach us.
Our commitment
We aim to follow the web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1, level AA) and to comply with the Brazilian Inclusion Law (Law No. 13,146/2015, art. 63), which addresses the accessibility of internet sites. We do not have an accessibility certification: it is a goal we track and improve.
What we already offer
- Text size adjustment up to 150% and high contrast, in the accessibility button.
- Options to reduce animations and highlight links.
- Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus and a link to skip straight to the content.
- Structure and labels designed for screen readers.
- Text descriptions of images.
- A consultation that opens in the browser, with no app.
- Site in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
O que ainda estamos melhorando
- Real-time captions in the video consultation are not yet available.
- The video room uses controls from an external component, which may have limitations with screen readers.
- PDF documents issued by professionals may not be fully accessible.
- Sign language interpreters and assisted care at a support point are offered on request, in advance, through support.
How to ask for help or report a problem
Write to [email protected] or use the “Contact us” button, stating the page and the problem found. We take every report seriously and reply as soon as possible.
